My background

From the very first days of my professional life on, it was interesting for me to understand the entirety of internal procedures and entrepreneurial contexts and relationships. I noticed that a lot of staff “master” the particular activity they are responsible for but are not aware of the general context and overall connections. This is how I developed the desire to make a comprehensive corporate image possible for all collaborators. This concerned both the corporate strategy and the operative and value-adding processes.

After several functions in sales and controlling, I seized the opportunities available and contributed to corporate development and carried out management tasks. I assumed more and more responsibility within the company’s structures and developed business concepts and strategies jointly with the executive board.

Steadily, I began using my stringency and goal-oriented, structured way of thinking in the context of in-house consulting activities in different industries. Also, I took charge of the management of a project for the extension of business activities. In doing so, I was not shy to convey uncomfortable truths in an objective way and to communicate them openly and transparently.

In these years, my impression stemming from the first years of professional activity was steadied regarding the importance of the transparency of entrepreneurial contexts and I developed the strong will to make this a reality. During a six months long sabbatical, my wish to make my colleagues and fellow members of staff aware of their potentials, to help them achieve their aims and thereby be more motivated employees deepened.

This is why I launched my self-employment as a consultant and coach in 2010. In the beginning, it was important for me to work on my own. My entrepreneurial spirit needed the feeling of liberty and external determination. After two years, I got to know several partners from the C PLUS M network. There, in the shared values, points of view and the spirit of partnership, I found a new home.
